Booking & Payment

To ensure the highest quality and attention to detail, we kindly request that all orders be placed at least 5 days prior to your event.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your order and event date.

Once your order has been submitted through our website, our team will reach out to confirm your pickup date and time, along with your custom balloon message. Please keep an eye on your inbox for an email from floatique.ca@gmail.com.

Cancellations

We understand that plans may change. However, as each order is prepared with care and attention to detail, cancellations are subject to the following conditions:

• Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made 3-6 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.

If you wish to reschedule your booking, we will do our best to accommodate your new date, subject to availability.

Balloon Collection

Balloons are available for collection at an agreed time.  

 

Balloon Care

Our balloons are delicate and should be handled with care. Please keep them away from heat sources, sharp objects, and rough handling, as these may cause damage or premature deflation.

Once balloons have been collected or delivered, we cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur.

Please note that latex balloons can pose a choking hazard and should always be kept away from children and pets.

Clay Decoration Care

Our handcrafted clay decorations are delicate and should be handled with care. Please keep them away from moisture, including rain, as exposure can cause damage.

For safety, ensure all pieces are kept out of reach of children and pets.

Helium Float Times

The duration that balloons remain afloat depends on the type of balloon and environmental conditions.

Approximate Float Times:

• Latex Balloons: 1–3 days
• Foil Balloons: 5–7 days
• T-Balloon / Clear Bubble Balloons: 1–4 weeks

Please note that these times are estimates; the actual float duration may vary depending on temperature, humidity, and handling conditions.

Latex Allergy Notice

Some of our balloons may contain natural rubber latex, which can cause allergic reactions in individuals with sensitivity to this material.

If you or your guests have a known latex allergy, please inform us when placing your order so that we can suggest suitable alternatives where possible.

While we take every precaution to provide safe options, Balloons By Sarah cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions related to latex exposure. Your safety and enjoyment are our top priority.

Display Collection Notice

When collecting your balloon(s), please ensure your vehicle has sufficient space to accommodate the arrangement without it being compressed.

We also recommend that the area be clean and free from sharp objects to prevent any damage during transport.

Following these guidelines will help ensure your balloons arrive at their destination in perfect condition.
